This policy describes how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when you use sync-module.online.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, optional focus area, and message text you submit.
- Cookie choice: a value stored in your browser’s localStorage (
sync-life-planning-cookie-consent) recording accept or reject. No analytics cookies are used.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to read, respond to, and follow up on your request (legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a service agreement at your request). Cookie preference is stored to remember your choice (consent).
Where data goes
Inquiries are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. A server we operate receives the JSON payload and routes it to staff mailboxes. Data is not sold to list brokers or used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for disputes, accounting, or law. Cookie consent strings are stored locally until you clear site data.
Your PDPA rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact info@sync-module.online or +66-2-381-6247. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
We use TLS in transit and limit access to inquiry data to staff who need it to respond.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date when practices change materially.
