Planning rhythm
Our rhythm is built for people whose weeks rarely look identical. It is not a branded methodology with trademarked steps—it is a repeatable sequence we adapt to your calendar.
1. Capture without judging
We list commitments, worries, and open decisions in one place. Nothing is ranked yet; the point is to stop cycling the same three thoughts at midnight.
2. Sort by decision type
Some items need a yes/no, some need a time slot, and some need more information. Misclassified tasks are why lists feel heavy.
3. Stack the week
Choose a small set of outcomes that must advance. Everything else is queued, delegated, or declined with language you have rehearsed.
4. Protect recovery blocks
Sleep, commute, and family time go on the calendar as seriously as meetings. If the grid cannot fit them, we revisit commitments instead of squeezing people.
5. Review on a fixed anchor
A short weekly review closes loops and resets the stack. Most clients use Friday afternoon or Sunday evening—whatever you will actually honor.

Figure: Written priorities beat mental juggling when decisions must stick.
